OUR CIRCLE Empowering female connections through a 12 week journey.

Our Circle is an exclusive program designed to rewire the way we do female friendships. It is a trusted circle where we champion, cheer and encourage our fellow sisters to be brave, play big and to find your authentic voice. Each week our community meets virtually for a structured and themed hour of grounding. Meditation, Breathwork, Mindful Movement and open discussions aimed at releasing emotional barriers. The themed sessions include Navigating Transitions, Judgment, Communication Styles and Confidence. The sessions are lead by the founder of the Mindful Mamacita community, Michelle Alegria and a co-facilitator who will guide you toward your flow state - a critical habit for living with intention and purpose. It's less about what you have to do and more about WHO you have to BE.

This is a commitment to SELF.

You will be investing 1 hour each week for 12 weeks $30 per session $360.00. As you move through the 12-steps to renewing womanhood, you will notice a shift in the way you connect with your fellow females. You will recognize that we are more alike than different. Our Circle container will be lead with LOVE, model grace, wisdom, resilience, fostering genuine connections tethered at the soul.
